Executive Director- Rev. Jeff Wadley

Jeff Wadley an avid outdoorsman and loves being present with the Creator in the midst of creation. He has pastored three churches, most recently serving as the founding pastor of Sycamore Tree United Methodist Church in Maryville, TN (2001-2015) . He holds degrees from Hiwassee College (AA), Tennessee Wesleyan University (BS), Asbury Theological Seminary (M.Div), and Southern Adventist University (MS, Outdoor Education).

Jeff is developing Camp Bays Mountain, working alongside an outstanding board of directors. He was thrilled to welcome our first campers for summer camp in 2016 and is now developing retreat usage and preparing for the upcoming summer camp seasons.

Jeff is married to Joy, a teacher, and they have two sons, a daughter, a grandson, and a Black Lab (Piper)

PRogram Director- Callee STONE

Callee Stone began as our Program Director in January of 2024. Callee is a recent Milligan University graduate with a BA in Student Ministry. She also was recently married to Matthew Stone!

Callee grew up attending Buffalo Mountain Camp and this is where her passion for camp began.

Callee has worn many hats here at camp starting out in her role as Support Staff in 2018, then moving to a Counselor position in 2019, and then becoming the Director of Celebration Camp in 2023.

She loves the Lord with all her heart and desires to share Him with as many people as possible. She is all about the outdoors and creating a safe space where campers can learn more about Jesus.
